As U.S. politicians of both political parties are still shuffling back and forth between the White House and the Capitol Hill without striking a viable deal to bring normality to the body politic they brag about, it is perhaps a good time for the befuddled world to start considering building a de-Americanized world.
In my analysis, if the American dollar were to lose its reserve currency status, gold would shoot over $13,000. Silver would shoot over $100, the stock market would lose about 50% and ETFs such as TBT would gain over 100%. Having said that, there is no real danger of China succeeding at de-Americanizing the world in the near future. |
