also, at any given time, all the money we can use is 100%, we can not have two 100% positions at the same time, the second 100% position must be established after the first 100% position is liquidated...

I think we can somehow allow 3X ETF, cuz SPY, IWM are too slow, can not catch the move of stocks for sure...
