I started to eat one apple and one egg in lunch, eat some meat and vegetables in dinner since the end of January, so far I lost 10 pounds already. Thank you for sharing.

早上: a cup of coffee
运动: only walk in every Saturday morning, very slow,around one hour.
10 pounds = 4.5 kg = 9 jin
