[闲谈] Amazon has really bad customer service

Normally I would think this is a bad sign ....

The crappy USPS service - oh, these days all US service industry is crappy, everyone is working in a bad mood.

Long term I am still bearish

GS已经cover了。。。有可能重蹈NFLX的覆辙。。。
