I came across situation like this myself before. The tenets were African-Americans. They paid the deposits and first two month of rent, then they stopped paying but refused to move out. They finally moved out two months after they stopped paying their rent and I had to pay the water bill for them (which is couple hundred dollars). They left behind truck loads of junks/trashes in the house and they even abandoned their cat! I hated them!
