美元 is real 世界货币。
世界货币, is only reason you could printing money.
Euro is NOT real 世界货币. Hence, Europe couldn't print money to save themselves when European Crisis hit Europe (since none would take the notes they would print)
Similar to Japan,
Yen is NOT real 世界货币. Hence, JPN GOV couldn't print money to save itself when Japanese economy slow down since none would take the paper it would print.
