霍特中概股指数(Halter USX China Index)简介

霍特中概股指数(Halter USX China Index)是一个对修正后市值进行加权的衡量在美上市中国概念股整体表现的指数。所谓中概股，指的是普通股在美国公开上市但大部分业务在中华人民共和国境内进行的企业。该指数成分股每个季度常规调整一次。

该指数基点为2500点，据2003年9月 30日当时成分股的收盘价计算得出。霍特(Halter)的名称源自拥有该指数商标权的霍特金融集团。纽交所Arca为该指数的代理计算机构。在每个交易日的美东时间约上午9:30至下午4:15之间，该指数将每15秒钟计算更新一次。

霍特中概股指数对成分股的基本规定是：在纽交所、纽交所Arca或纳斯达克上市，据过去40个交易日的平均收盘价计算的市值大于5000万美元。此外，指数提供方霍特金融集团还可能根据在外流通股数量、流动性和所有现有/潜在成分股的基本状况等因素对成分股做出调整。

截至北京时间2013年6月21日，霍特中概股指数的成分股总计63只，知名的中概股百度、新浪(75.72,2.04,2.77%)、网易(63.84,-0.23,-0.36%)、搜狐(62.64,-1.53,-2.38%)、奇虎、携程、迈瑞、新东方(22.93,0.11,0.48%)、优酷土豆等都在其中，而在美发行了股票的中海油、中国电信(51.03,0.25,0.49%)、中国移动、华能等大型企业也包括在内。(立悟/编译)
