昨晚就装好了，重装了win 7 professional，现在开机要28秒，比15秒还是差不少。。。

Not too bad, how big is the drive? Writing speed will be slower.

128G Samsung SSD 830 series as primary disk and I keep original samsung 640G HDD as secondary disk..

没什么manual，quite easy，把笔记本拆开，把HDD换成SSD，然后开机进bios，把SATA option改称ACHI就行了，俺的系统都自动识别了，大量时间花在重装windows，驱动和其他软件上，俺没有用克隆软件，而是装了一个clean的win 7 professional，原来用的是系统自带的win 7 home premium，厚厚！
