They are practically all lies to fool ignorant readers. When you donate, of course you lose blood, but it is always in safe amounts. They test your blood sugar and do other tests to make sure you are okay to donate. It is normal to feel a little weak and faint but it should only be temporary effects. Blood vessels are /everywhere/, and they do repair itself, otherwise we would all bleed to death from cuts.
