As long as Nasdaq and Russell do not follow the big caps, the market will not drop much more. This is kind of like the opposite of market tops when they support the index by only pumping the big caps.

bottom? this is the time when big boys are exiting, when small retailers are  trying to catch bottom.
so the bottom sure is not here
