人性的弱点啊，以为能控制局面，到最后控制不了了，付出更高代价来控制。当然现
在这事很倒霉，浇混凝土埋葬这些反应堆也未必能一下子运到那么多沙石水泥。

临时浇上去不管用的。。。

当初造的时候可不是在有辐射条件下施工的。
