Shares of Apple (AAPL) are down $3.67, or 0.8%, at $445.64, in late trading,
following reports the company just lost a judgement in its ongoing legal
battle against Samsung Electronics (005930KS).
Bloomberg and Dow Jones are both running headlines that Apple will face some
ban on importing finished product into the U.S. as a result of a victory on
Samsung’s part. |
