海归是不是扯淡？

铺天盖地的"X人计划”，“人才计划”等等的广告从国内发出，大家说说这是不是扯淡啊？

1. 大部分的都不能兑现承诺，归去了一两年就很失望，还耽误了这边的工作
2. 话说在这里做得好好的，谁归去啊？ 空气，食品都不安全，寿命肯定难保吧。
3. 国内的人际关系那么复杂，哪有心思做什么研究啊？估计都是烟酒了

不知道，应该情况各有不同。有的回去很成功，有的不咋的。

as far as i know, most of people who went back to China can be classified into tree catagories:  1.  who thrived well in states and going back several months a year, still keepong their jobs here, of course paid by both sides.  majority of their income are from states, majoriety of their fames are from china.  2. who are welll connected in china, usually have you-know-what family background, they are not ordinary people like you and me.  3.who does not do well in states, try to push their luck in china.  the first two type of people tent to do better in china, especially the second type.
